Bridge Information
The Brisco Bridge was built in 1979 to replace the aging Centerway Bridge. It is a fairly standard slab-on-girder bridge utilizing continuous weathering steel girders.
It was repaired and upgraded in 2019. The project included replacing and strengthening the bearings, replacing the tops of the piers and the pedestals on the abutments, concrete spall repairs on both abutments, and concrete deck repairs, . This project was part of a larger project to rehabilitate five bridges in the area.
